Management Trainee

Cintas is offering a Management Trainee program designed to kickstart your professional career. This program includes rotations through various departments such as Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse Management, Office Management, and Service Management, providing hands-on experience and leadership development.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through departments immersing in the business from a leadership viewpoint.
• Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions.
• Collaborate with key leaders on various projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must have, or will obtain, a Bachelor’s degree within six months.
• Qualified candidates must meet all requirements outlined by the Department of Transportation (DOT) for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs.
• Prior to their first day of employment, qualified candidates must: Have an active driver's license, Be at least 21 years of age, Obtain a DOT medical certification, Provide documentation regarding their previous employment.
• Preferred: Co-op or internship experience in a Customer Service, Sales, Production or Administrative role, A business or otherwise related academic major, A leadership/management role on campus or related extracurricular activities, Willingness to relocate regionally during, or at the end of, the program.

Pay

A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges is $61,000/Year. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organization needs.

This position is full-time and works a 1st shift.
