Cintas is offering an exciting Management Trainee program designed to kickstart your professional career. We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Management Trainee to join this well-structured program, where you’ll gain in-depth knowledge of our business through hands-on rotations in various departments. This position is designed for individuals looking to develop their leadership skills and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of our business operations. The Management Trainee will work closely with experienced managers to learn about Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse Management, Office Management, Service Management and ultimately prepare you for career advancement opportunities within the company. Responsibilities

• Rotate through departments immersing in the business from a leadership viewpoint.
• Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions.
• Collaborate with key leaders on various projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.
• Professional Development with access to Executive Leadership Seminars/Divisional Summits.

Requirements

• Meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs.
• Possess an active driver's license prior to first day of employment.

Qualifications

• Must have, or will obtain, a Bachelor’s degree within six months.

Skills

• Co-op or internship experience in Customer Service, Sales, Production or Administrative role.
• Business or otherwise related academic major.
• Leadership/management role on campus or related extracurricular activities.
• Willingness to relocate regionally during or at the end of the program.
