MANAGEMENT & PROGRAM ANALYST
Duties
Help You will serve as program analyst and technical authority for all ordnance operations processes.
You will independently initiate program evaluative reviews and develop the principles of Operational Risk Management (ORM) Program.
You will provide continuous technical oversight and manage all associated processes, instructions and policy governing command-wide training programs.
You will attend higher level working groups, conferences and meetings associated with ordnance storage requirements.
You will coordinate explosive safety program managerial support during higher-level inspections and audits.
Requirements

Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.

You will be required to obtain and maintain a current valid United States driver’s license.
You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty.

This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites.
You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
You will be required to obtain and maintain a U.S. Passport.
May require overtime and emergency overtime.
May require recall.
Qualifications
FOR THE GS-12
Your Resume Must Also Demonstrate At Least One Year Of Specialized Experience At Or Equivalent To The 11 Grade Level Or Pay Band In The Federal Service Or Equivalent Experience In The Private Or Public Sector.
Specialized Experience Must Demonstrate The Following Experience applying analytical, evaluative and trend analysis methods and techniques in the process of addressing explosives safety programs, industrial operations, resource allocation.
Experience managing inventory and workplace safety in support of regulatory compliance and improvement of efficiency and effectiveness of operations.
Experience applying comprehensive knowledge of pertinent laws, regulations, policies, and precedents governing DoD and Navy explosives safety Programs.
FOR THE GS-11
Your Resume Must Also Demonstrate At Least One Year Of Specialized Experience At Or Equivalent To The 09 Grade Level Or Pay Band In The Federal Service Or Equivalent Experience In The Private Or Public Sector.
Specialized Experience Must Demonstrate The Following Experience applying analytical, evaluative and trend analysis methods and techniques in the process of addressing explosives safety programs.
Experience managing inventory in support of regulatory compliance and improvement of efficiency and effectiveness of operations.
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social).
