Assistant Store Manager

Support the Store Manager (deputizing when required) in managing the daily operation of the store to ensure our customers have an amazing experience. You will work to maximize sales, maintain store standards, and motivate your team. Assistant Store Managers impact the business daily by managing inventory, aligning product movement with customer demand, and driving commercial success.

Department Manager

Own a department, focusing on maximizing its sales, inventory, and standards. Department Managers impact the business daily by managing inventory, aligning product movement with customer demand, reviewing and managing planograms and period layouts, and staying commercial—knowing what’s trending to order merchandise that drives sales.

Visual Merchandising Manager

Responsible for the visual proposition across the store and leading a high-performing visual merchandising team. Collaborate with the Store Management team to deliver impactful visual displays that exceed customer expectations and maximize sales. Serve as the creative ambassador for in-store visual merchandising.

Team Leader

Motivate and coach your team of Sales Associates to provide an exceptional store environment and customer experience while optimizing sales. Lead by providing in-the-moment coaching and training on Primark’s ways of working, with ongoing feedback. Support the colleague experience by engaging your team with an emphasis on recognition, communication, and well-being.

Pay ranges are a good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum we would pay for each role at the time of this posting. The base pay rate offered will account for internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region of work, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors.
