About the role
Menards is hiring immediately for a paid part‑time Management Intern position. This 12‑week hands‑on training program prepares you for a career in retail management, working alongside General Management, Department Managers, and store team members to develop your understanding of the business and prepare you to take on a management role. Immediate openings are available. As a Management Intern you will have the opportunity to develop stronger organizational, communication, and time‑management skills and gain hands‑on management experience.
