Responsibilities

• Develop and prepare for a management role in the retail industry
• Gain hands-on management experience
• Work with General Management team, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to understand the business
• Develop organizational, communication, and time management skills

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a college or university
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Interest in retail management
