About the role

Apart from being a paid part-time position, this Management Internship offers hands-on training to develop organizational, communication, and time management skills, along with practical management experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing store operations
• Support department managers in planning and executing sales strategies
• Work closely with the general management team to understand the business
• Gain experience in various aspects of retail management

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passionate about retail and management

Qualifications

• Minimum GPA of 3.0
• Preferred major in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
