Management Internship

About the role

This is a paid part-time position as a Management Intern with Menards. The role offers the opportunity to develop stronger organizational, communication, and time management skills, as well as hands-on management experience.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside your General Management team, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to develop your understanding of Menards' business.
• Gain hands-on management experience as you progress through the 12-week Management Internship program.

Requirements

• Must be enrolled in a college or university and pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
