About the role

Apart from being a paid part-time position, this Management Internship offers the opportunity to develop stronger organizational, communication, and time management skills, as well as hands-on management experience. The program is designed to prepare you for a management role in the retail industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing store operations
• Support department managers in planning and executing sales strategies
• Work closely with the general management team to understand the business
• Gain hands-on experience in various aspects of retail management

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a college or university
• Strong academic performance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for retail and management

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working in a retail environment is a plus
