Management Internship

About the role

This is a paid part-time position as a Management Intern with Menards. The role offers the opportunity to develop stronger organizational, communication, and time management skills, as well as hands-on management experience.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside General Management team, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to develop understanding of Menards' business.
• Gain hands-on management experience.

Requirements

• Must be currently enrolled in a college or university.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including Saturdays and Sundays.
