Management Internship

About the role

Apart from being a paid part-time position, this Management Internship offers the opportunity to develop stronger organizational, communication, and time management skills, as well as gain hands-on management experience.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside your General Management team, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to develop your understanding of Menards' business.
• Gain hands-on management experience as you progress through the 12-week program.

Requirements

• Must be enrolled in a degree-seeking program at an accredited college or university.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Pay

The position pays extra $3 per hour on Saturdays and Sundays.
