Management Internship

About the role

Apart from being a paid part-time position, this Management Internship offers the opportunity to develop stronger organizational, communication, and time management skills, as well as hands-on management experience. The role also includes the potential for profit sharing and exclusive discounts.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing store operations
• Support department managers in planning and executing sales strategies
• Collaborate with the general management team to enhance customer service
• Participate in training sessions to learn about retail management

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a college or university
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends

Pay

The pay rate is commensurate with experience, but there is an additional $3 per hour on Saturdays and Sundays.
