Key Responsibilities

• Develop clear, objective, and task-specific evaluation criteria for consulting deliverables, including:
• Market research and competitive analyses
• Corporate and business strategy recommendations
• Financial models and business cases
• Executive presentations and client-ready slide decks
• Implementation and transformation roadmaps
• Review and evaluate AI-generated and human-created consulting work against established quality standards.
• Provide comprehensive written justifications supported by structured reasoning and business evidence.
• Ensure evaluations are accurate, consistent, and reproducible across multiple projects.
• Apply sound consulting judgment to assess analytical quality, strategic thinking, and executive communication.
• Collaborate with senior reviewers and project leads to refine evaluation methodologies and maintain quality standards.
• Incorporate structured feedback and continuously improve evaluation accuracy.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Management Consulting, Strategy Consulting, or Business Advisory.
• Proven experience leading or contributing to strategic consulting engagements across multiple industries.
• Strong experience in:

• or an equivalent consulting organisation
• Exceptional executive-level written communication skills.
• Ability to present complex business concepts with clarity and precision.
• Strong analytical reasoning and structured problem-solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and commitment to objective, evidence-based evaluations.
• Comfortable participating in peer reviews and calibration exercises.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI model evaluation, AI training, or human feedback projects.

• Experience reviewing consulting deliverables, mentoring consultants, or participating in quality assurance initiatives.
