How You’ll Help

Transform Healthcare
Serves as the liaison to ensure Carilion's best interests and outcomes in partnership with Quest Laboratories.
Works with ambulatory and hospital-based committees, physicians, and leaders to monitor and improve laboratory support.
Serves as project manager for lab-related initiatives, including (but not limited to) Lab Information System (LIS) coordination with TSG; quality management programs; and customer service improvement initiatives.
Acts as primary resource and subject matter expert for (non-Quest) hospital-based and ambulatory laboratory regulatory oversight.
Serves as Project Manager for lab-related projects and initiatives to improve partnership with Quest Laboratories; lab support for physicians; quality and accessibility of care; and patient customer service and satisfaction.

What We Require

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree required
• Experience: Laboratory experience preferred. Project Management experience required.
• Licensure, Certification, and/or Registration: none.
• Life Support: None required.
• Other Minimum Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: Excellent computer skills. strong knowledge of Microsoft Office. Strong organization and communication skills required.
