What the Job IsHelp evaluate and improve the strategic reasoning of advanced AI models.Review AI-generated responses to management consulting and business strategy scenarios.Assess outputs for factual accuracy, analytical rigor, logical structure, and professional quality.Identify hallucinations, flawed assumptions, unsupported conclusions, and gaps in reasoning.Develop scoring criteria that define what makes an analysis accurate, complete, and ready for senior review.Provide concise, structured written feedback explaining your evaluations.Participate in project-based assignments involving annotation, rubric development, task creation, and quality review. What We RequireCurrent or former experience in management consulting, strategy consulting, operations consulting, business analysis, corporate strategy, advisory, or a closely related field.Experience developing or reviewing consulting analyses, recommendations, and client deliverables.Familiarity with areas such as market sizing, competitive analysis, growth strategy, market entry, profitability improvement, cost optimization, operating models, customer segmentation, or strategic due diligence.Strong ability to structure ambiguous business problems and evaluate whether recommendations are supported by the underlying analysis.Ability to distinguish material analytical issues from minor formatting, presentation, or firm-specific style differences.Excellent written communication, analytical judgment, and attention to detail.Experience reviewing junior team members' work, managing consulting workstreams, or performing quality control is strongly preferred. Pay and EngagementFully remote, independent contract work.Flexible scheduling with no fixed weekly-hour requirement unless stated for a specific project.Payments are processed weekly based on services rendered.Project availability and duration may vary based on client needs and performance.High-performing contributors may receive access to additional task-development and review work.Participation will not require access to confidential or proprietary information belonging to any employer, client, or institution.
