About the role

Lead a team of professionals in developing and implementing sustainable solutions for urban infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee project planning and execution, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability standards.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate sustainable design principles into project proposals.
  • Develop and present project proposals to clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust strategies as necessary to meet sustainability goals.
  • Conduct regular sustainability audits and provide recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in sustainable infrastructure projects.
  • Proven track record in leading and mentoring a team.
  • Strong understanding of local and international sustainability standards and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project).
  • Knowledge of sustainable materials and technologies.
  • Experience with stakeholder engagement and community outreach.
  • Fluency in English.
