FrieslandCampina Ingredients is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to play a critical role in office operations, executive support, workplace safety, and employee engagement. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in an administrative, office management, or similar role.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of workplace safety programs preferred.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Notary Public certification is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Support the leadership team with calendars, travel, meetings, presentations, and administrative coordination.
- Plan and coordinate office events, meetings, and employee activities.
- Manage office operations including supplies, mail, facilities requests, vendor relationships, and visitor support.
- Oversee company mobile devices, vehicle leases, property-related administration, and contract tracking.
- Maintain key processes and ensure compliance with internal controls and business procedures.
- Lead office safety initiatives, including training, audits, emergency preparedness, and safety compliance activities.
