Position Description
About the role
CGI Federal is seeking a Management Analyst V (Business Analyst) to support EOIR/AD in Falls Church, VA.
Responsibilities
- Support the EOIR Administration organization by identifying business challenges, analyzing operational processes, and delivering data-driven recommendations to enhance efficiency, transparency, and performance.
Requirements
- Minimum of four years of experience in process improvement or quality assurance.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Familiarity with cross-functional process mapping (As-Is & To-Be), Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Eliciting, documenting, and validating business requirements.
- Developing performance metrics.
- Report design.
- Business case development.
- Workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement.
- Analysis of alternatives.
- Process auditing and control assessment.
- Root cause analysis.
Qualifications
- To be successful in this role, proficiency in Visio, Excel Functions, SharePoint, and Power BI.
- Ability to successfully complete the CGI Background Investigation to include: 50 State Education and Employment checks; additionally, your ability to successfully complete a Credit and/or Driving Records check may be conducted if required by the contract for continued employment.
