Requirements

  • 10 years’ experience.
  • Analyzes force structure and manpower requirements; develops recommendations to meet operational demands; coordinates across MARCENT and with higher headquarters.
  • Expertise in force development; familiarity with USMC structure and global sourcing.

Qualifications

  • Desired education: Master of Science degree in Management, MBA, or a related field.
  • Security clearance required TS/SCI.
