Responsibilities
- Leverage data and analytics to provide strategic insights and drive informed decision-making for clients.
- Develop and implement innovative solutions to optimize business performance and enhance competitive advantage.
- Lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff.
- Confirm project success and maintain standards.
- Motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality.
- Coach, leverage team members' unique strengths, and manage performance to deliver on client expectations.
- Analyze and identify the linkages and interactions between the component parts of an entire system, taking ownership of projects to validate their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion.
- Lead data engineering projects to drive strategic insights and optimize business performance (ETL/ELT integration).
- Develop and implement innovative data solutions using advanced analytics techniques (DataStage).
- Manage and mentor teams to enhance their skills and deliver quality client services (pipeline architecture).
- Utilize business intelligence tools and cloud-based analytics platforms to improve data-driven decision-making (AWS & Redshift).
- Build and maintain data pipelines and architectures to support analytics initiatives (DB2, SQL Server).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for data utilization and process improvement (GoldenGate & CDC).
- Oversee the deployment of scalable data visualization and reporting solutions (performance tuning).
- Promote the adoption of new technologies and methodologies within data and analytics teams (S3, Glue).
- Address and resolve conflicts or issues with clients and team members, escalating when necessary.
- Promote professional and technical standards, including adherence to the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements.
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor's degree.
- At least 4 years of experience.
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Computer and Information Science & Accounting, Economics, Economics and Finance, Economics and Finance & Technology, Operations Management/Research, Statistics, Engineering.
- Demonstrating proficiency in Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools (BIRT).
- Utilizing Python and Java for data engineering tasks.
- Excelling in data visualization with QlikView and Spotfire.
- Developing data architecture and pipeline strategies.
- Embracing continuous process improvement in data analytics.
- Leading teams in data-driven decision-making processes.

Benefits
- The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000.
- Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
- All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
