Responsibilities
- Led data engineering projects to drive strategic insights and optimize business performance (ETL/ELT integration)
- Developed and implemented innovative data solutions using advanced analytics techniques (DataStage)
- Managed and mentored teams to enhance their skills and deliver quality client services (pipeline architecture)
- Utilized business intelligence tools and cloud-based analytics platforms to improve data-driven decision-making (AWS & Redshift)
- Built and maintained data pipelines and architectures to support analytics initiatives (DB2, SQL Server)
- Collaborated with stakeholders to identify opportunities for data utilization and process improvement (GoldenGate & CDC)
- Oversee the deployment of scalable data visualization and reporting solutions (performance tuning)
- Used Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools (BIRT) to address and resolve conflicts or issues with clients and team members, escalating when necessary
- Promoted the adoption of new technologies and methodologies within data and analytics teams (S3, Glue)
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Computer and Information Science & Accounting, Economics, Economics and Finance, Economics and Finance & Technology, Operations Management/Research, Statistics, Engineering
- Proficiency in Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools (BIRT)
- Proficiency in Python and Java for data engineering tasks
- Excellence in data visualization with QlikView and Spotfire
- Experience developing data architecture and pipeline strategies
- Leadership in data-driven decision-making processes
Qualifications

Benefits
The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
