Managed Services - Senior Business Anaylst - Manager
Responsibilities
- Leverage data and analytics to provide strategic insights and drive informed decision-making for clients.
- Develop and implement innovative solutions to optimize business performance and enhance competitive advantage.
- Manage and mentor teams to deliver quality outcomes and meet client expectations.
- Analyze complex data systems to identify linkages and interactions between components.
- Take ownership of projects, including planning, budgeting, execution, and completion.
- Collaborate with team leadership to maintain collective ownership of quality, timelines, and deliverables.
- Encourage skill development and embrace technology and innovation to enhance delivery.
- Address conflicts or issues and engage in critical conversations with clients and stakeholders.
- Uphold professional and technical standards, including the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements.
- Utilize business intelligence tools and cloud-based analytics platforms to enhance insights generation.
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor's degree.
- At least 4 years of experience.
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Biology/Biomedical Sciences, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Financial Mathematics/Quantitative Finance, Health Administration/Public Health, Mathematics/Statistics, Operations/Supply Chain, Project/Technology Management, Risk Management/Insurance, Science.
- Proficiency in Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools (BIRT).
- Utilizing Python and Java for data analysis and visualization.
- Developing strategic business cases and competitive advantage insights.
- Excelling in data architecture development and database management systems.
- Embracing continuous process improvement and innovation in managed services.
- Leading teams in data analytics and AI managed services projects.
Qualifications

Benefits
The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
