Responsibilities

Leverage data and analytics to provide strategic insights and drive informed decision-making for clients.
Develop and implement innovative solutions to optimize business performance and enhance competitive advantage.
Manage client service accounts and drive engagement workstreams by supervising teams and solving complex problems.
Utilize business intelligence tools and cloud-based analytics platforms to enhance insights generation.
Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to identify and address data challenges.
Promote the use of innovative technologies and leading practices across business intelligence teams.
Validate data integrity, security, and compliance within analytics frameworks.
Identify opportunities for optimizing data utilization and improving business performance.
Mentor junior staff and leverage team strengths to deliver on client expectations.
Address conflicts or issues, engage in difficult conversations with clients and team members.

Requirements

At least a Bachelor's degree.
At least 4 years of experience.
Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Biology/Biomedical Sciences, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Financial Mathematics/Quantitative Finance, Health Administration/Public Health, Mathematics/Statistics, Operations/Supply Chain, Project/Technology Management, Risk Management/Insurance, Science.
Proficiency in Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools (BIRT).
Utilizing Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) and QlikView for data analysis.
Excelling in data architecture development and database management systems.
Embracing continuous process improvement and strategic questioning.
Developing skills in data visualization and interpretation.
Leading teams in data pipeline and quality management initiatives.

Qualifications

Benefits

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.

All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
