Responsibilities

  • Leverage data and analytics to provide strategic insights and drive informed decision-making for clients.
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions to optimize business performance and enhance competitive advantage.
  • Manage client service accounts and drive engagement workstreams by supervising teams and solving complex problems.
  • Utilize business intelligence tools and cloud-based analytics platforms to enhance insights generation.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to identify and address data challenges.
  • Promote the use of innovative technologies and leading practices across business intelligence teams.
  • Validate data integrity, security, and compliance within analytics frameworks.
  • Identify opportunities for optimizing data utilization and improving business performance.
  • Mentor junior staff and leverage team strengths to deliver on client expectations.
  • Address conflicts or issues, engage in difficult conversations with clients and team members.

Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor's degree.
  • At least 4 years of experience.
  • Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Biology/Biomedical Sciences, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Financial Mathematics/Quantitative Finance, Health Administration/Public Health, Mathematics/Statistics, Operations/Supply Chain, Project/Technology Management, Risk Management/Insurance, Science.
  • Proficiency in Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools (BIRT).
  • Utilizing Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) and QlikView for data analysis.
  • Excelling in data architecture development and database management systems.
  • Embracing continuous process improvement and strategic questioning.
  • Developing skills in data visualization and interpretation.
  • Leading teams in data pipeline and quality management initiatives.

Qualifications

Skills

Benefits

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.

All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
