Responsibilities

  • Analyzing complex datasets to extract actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making
  • Developing and implementing data visualization solutions using tools like Power BI and Tableau
  • Conducting predictive modeling and statistical analysis to identify trends and inform strategic planning
  • Collaborating with clients to understand their data needs and deliver tailored analytics solutions
  • Managing data integrity and quality to validate reliable and accurate reporting
  • Utilizing Microsoft SQL Server Data Tools for efficient data manipulation and analysis
  • Creating and maintaining dashboards to track key performance indicators and business metrics
  • Leading research initiatives to explore new data analytics methodologies and technologies
  • Preparing comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations
  • Supporting the development of data-driven strategies to optimize client operations and achieve business goals

Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 3 years of experience
  • Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Engineering, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Computer and Information Science, Economics, Finance
  • At least one of the following: a Certification in databases (Databricks, MS SQL), visualization tools (Power BI), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), or predictive modeling/ML (Python, SAS)
  • Utilizing advanced data analysis techniques to drive insights
  • Developing complex data models to support business decisions
  • Leveraging Power BI and Tableau for impactful data visualization
  • Conducting predictive analytics to anticipate client needs
  • Excelling in complex data analysis and statistical methodologies

Qualifications

  • Preference for relevant certifications and experience
  • Experience with data manipulation and analysis tools
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage and maintain data integrity
  • Knowledge of predictive modeling and statistical analysis
  • Experience with data visualization tools
  • Ability to lead research initiatives
  • Effective report and presentation preparation skills

Pay

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
