Responsibilities
- Oversee and participate in test preparation, execution, and closure activities

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 7 years of IT experience
- Experience in software testing including SAP ERP and CRM
- Working knowledge in SAP modules
- Experience with SAP or SAP S4/HANA
- Preparation, conducting, and documentation of tests
- Knowledge of test management tools
- Understanding of Waterfall and/or Agile methodologies
- Basic knowledge of data analytics
- Loadrunner Professional Accreditations preferred
Qualifications
- Experience in managing and inspiring others
- Ability to anticipate and manage ambiguity
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to interpret data and provide insights
- Professional and technical standards adherence
Benefits
The salary range for this position is $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation is dependent on individual skills, experience, qualifications, and location.
