About the role

As part of the HR Managed Services team, you will lead teams to generate a vision and establish direction while motivating members to create an atmosphere of trust and innovation. As a Director, you will demonstrate thought leadership in payroll policies and practices, manage global payroll operations, and maintain compliance with regulations.

  • Analyze payroll processes to identify opportunities for enhancement
  • Mentor and develop team members to enhance their professional growth

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 12 years of experience

Qualifications

  • Preferred: Certified Payroll Professional (CPP)
  • Thought leadership in team management
  • Managing global payroll operations with compliance
  • Utilizing payroll technology platforms effectively
  • Developing relationships across diverse stakeholders
  • Excelling in virtual and global team environments
  • Establishing industry-leading payroll processes
  • Cultivating a positive and collaborative work environment
  • Acquiring knowledge of current business issues

Benefits

The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
