About the role

As a workforce consulting generalist at PwC, you will provide clients with comprehensive support and drive end-to-end organization and talent transformation initiatives to support the overall strategy of the organization, applying a breadth of understanding of organizational and workforce consulting solutions across topics such as workforce strategy, talent development, rewards, organizational design to improve employee experience and organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain substantial client relationships across a global network
  • Drive transformational change within the organization
  • Analyze payroll processes to identify opportunities for enhancement
  • Mentor and develop team members to enhance their professional growth

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 12 years of experience

Benefits

The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
