Opportunity
As part of the Managed Data, Analytics & Insights team, you manage and lead projects related to building the modern data ecosystem and converting insights into strategic opportunities. You lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are responsible for project success, maintaining top standards, and leveraging team strengths to deliver on client expectations. You develop and implement impactful data strategies and foster a collaborative and top-performance team environment.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer and Information Science preferred
- PMP certification or accredited scrum master
- Experience with ITIL processes
- Leading Data & Analytics projects
- Designing and delivering Data processing activities
- Leading discussions for large transformation initiatives
- Managing risks and issues related to Data and Analytics
- Identifying new opportunities for growth
- Leading cloud scale development efforts
Skills
- Analyse and identify the linkages and interactions between the component parts of an entire system
- Take ownership of projects, ensuring their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion
- Partner with team leadership to ensure collective ownership of quality, timelines, and deliverables
- Develop skills outside your comfort zone, and encourage others to do the same
- Effectively mentor others
- Use the review of work as an opportunity to deepen the expertise of team members
- Address conflicts or issues, engaging in difficult conversations with clients, team members and other stakeholders, escalating where appropriate

Pay
The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
