About the role

The Managed Services Team at Sprinklr is responsible for driving product retention, consumption, adoption and growth across a global portfolio of customers. Our execution is defined by the 3 focus areas or 'Obsessions': Customer Obsession, Product Obsession, and Learning Obsession.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver Value: Communicate the value of Sprinklr solutions to customers to ensure retention and growth.
  • Drive Adoption: Promote new products and features across various business units and markets.
  • Establish Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
  • Strategic Business Partner: Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, addressing their business challenges and communicating positive business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Experience working with the Sprinklr platform, with specific experience in the Service product preferred.
  • 4+ years of experience in account management, preferably in a brand, agency, or tech company setting.
  • Strong product acumen and the ability to learn new products quickly.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • An analytical mind-set with attention to detail and strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and lead customers through change management.
  • Advanced analytical skills with proven competency in data tools and methodologies.
  • Industry-specific knowledge across different verticals or lines of business preferred.
  • Direct experience in working with a social media management software is preferred.
  • Strong time management skills including the ability to prioritize tasks and maintain accurate time tracking for billing purposes.

  • Knowledge of industry trends across different verticals and lines of businesses.
  • Experience with and passion for the social technology universe (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok).
  • Experience in working with a social media management software is preferred.
  • Strong time management skills including the ability to prioritize tasks and maintain accurate time tracking for billing purposes.
