About the role

Responsible for managing and operating Gulfstream G500/G550 aircraft in California.

Responsibilities

• Oversee flight operations and ensure compliance with all aviation regulations.
• Manage maintenance schedules and coordinate with maintenance teams.
• Train and manage a team of pilots and support staff.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of relevant aviation experience.
• Commercial pilot license with multi-engine rating.
• Experience managing a team of pilots and support staff.
• Knowledge of Gulfstream G500/G550 aircraft systems.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Professional certification in aviation safety and risk management.
• Experience with aircraft maintenance and repair processes.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
