Responsibilities
- Administer ionizing radiation to patients for diagnostic, therapeutic procedures, and/or research purposes.
- Operate radiographic equipment independently.
- Provide high-quality diagnostic images to radiologists and referring physicians.
- Maintain compliance with MQSA guidelines for mammography screening.
Requirements
- Graduate from an AMA Radiography Program.
- Ability to obtain ARRT certification within 90 days of hire/transfer.
- Hold MN Limited scope x-ray operator license or ARRT certification upon hire/transfer.
Qualifications
- Educational Requirements: Graduate from an AMA Radiography Program.
- Certification/Licensure Requirements: Obtain ARRT certification within 90 days of hire/transfer.
- Licensure/Certification: MN Limited scope x-ray operator license or ARRT certification upon hire/transfer.
Skills
- Proficiency with computer-assisted, digital image recording, and analysis systems.
