The Mammography Technologist operates x‑ray equipment and performs a variety of mammography‑related diagnostic procedures while maintaining a high degree of accuracy in positioning and exposure technique. Work location: 20326 Tomball Pkwy, Suite 225, Houston, TX 77070 (covers Vintage Park and Tomball centers).

Responsibilities

• Provide services and support for mammography procedures, adhering to the Solis Way.
• Consistently practice excellent mammography positioning and exposure technique.
• Effectively communicate procedures to patients and educate women about the role of regular mammography in preventative breast health.
• Communicate clearly with doctors, patients, and other employees on an individual and small‑group basis.
• Follow detailed written or oral instructions, applying common‑sense understanding.
• Maintain a patient‑first focus at all times and exhibit outstanding customer service skills.
• Perform other work‑related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Texas Medical Board License (TMB).
• Current ARRT certification in Mammography or eligibility to take the advanced‑level exam, with documentation of clinical experience.
• Completion of a two‑year approved School of Radiologic Technology.
• Continuing Education: MQSA/FDA – 15 CEUs every 3 years and 200 documented case numbers every 2 years.
• Experience with diagnostic procedures such as ultrasound core and stereotactic biopsies is preferred.

Schedule

Full‑Time, 7:00 am – 4:30 pm, including occasional Saturdays.

Pay

Sign‑On Bonus of up to $7,500 (amount varies based on experience and qualifications). Relocation assistance is eligible for qualified technologists.
