About the Role

We are looking for a Mammography Technologist to join our team. The pay range for this role will depend on experience and qualifications. SIGN ON BONUS AVAILABLE

Schedule

Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrated interest in meeting patient needs and assuring patient satisfaction.
• Operating knowledge of mammographic equipment.
• Performs all screening mammograms within assigned area.
• Reviews all necessary documentation to perform procedures.
• Performs preventative visual and manual inspections for each equipment assigned ensuring appropriate maintenance and cleanliness.
• Performs QC as required by the MQSA.
• Performs related clinical and clerical duties associated with the patient procedure.
• Affirms that the procedures performed are in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Performs warm up calibration procedures necessary to ready the equipment for patient imaging.
• Contributes to a positive climate and open communication for a team approach.

Education Requirements

• College degree preferred
• ASRT (RT)(R)(M) and CT State License required
