About the role

As a Mammography Tech, you will work with the radiologist team to prepare equipment and produce clinical diagnostic images. You will perform diagnostic and interventional breast procedures following established procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare mammography equipment for use
• Produce clinical diagnostic images of the breast
• Perform diagnostic and interventional breast procedures according to established protocols

Requirements

• Certification from an accredited mammography program
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including patience, empathy, and compassion
• Effective communication skills (active listening, writing, speaking, and reading comprehension)
• Fast and adaptive problem-solving abilities
• Ability to stand for long periods of time

Pay

Estimated gross weekly pay: $2,281
Estimated weekly stipend: $1,481

Schedule

5 days per week, 8-hour day shifts
