Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse.
• Assist with basic nursing procedures such as administering medications, taking vital signs, and monitoring patient conditions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
• Ensure patient comfort and safety through effective communication and teamwork.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current certification as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
• Experience in a clinical setting preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Passing score on the NCLEX-RN or NCLEX-PN exam.
• Current CPR certification.
