Mammo Rad Technician II PRN

Qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date (ARRT-R)
• Radiography (RT)
• Radiologic Technologist/Radiographer
• Associate Degree
• Mammographic Radiologic Technologist, or (ARRT-M)
• Mammography, or (ARRT-BD) Bone Densitometry
• No Travel Required

Responsibilities

• Operate x-ray equipment to make radiographs of designated portions of the body
• Under the supervision of a Radiologist, perform x-ray therapy on patients, assess patients throughout and respond to the patient’s needs as appropriate
• Serve patients in our emergency department, patients in our hospital, and outpatient patients in need of services
• Perform procedures in accordance with established protocols for patients ages neonate through geriatric
• Provide quality diagnostic results while maintaining expert technical and patient-care skills
