Mall Surveillance Security Officer

About the role

GardaWorld Security Services is now hiring a Mall Surveillance Security Officer. The ideal candidate should have strong observation skills and be ready to work in a surveillance role.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems to detect any suspicious activity
• Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety of the premises
• Control access to secure areas and verify the identities of visitors
• Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions
• Collaborate with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergencies
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications

• Be 21 years of age or older
• Have a valid Driver License
• Have a clean Motor Vehicle Report
• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Pass an extensive screening process
• Have strong report writing skills
• Have sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills
• Have strong proficiency with technology
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• If you have a state license if required

Pay

Competitive hourly wage of $17.00 per hour (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!)

Schedule

• Full Time: Tuesday through Thursday, 2pm - 10pm; Friday, 2pm to 6pm; Saturday, 10am to 6pm
• Part Time: 10:30 am to 6:30 pm, Saturday
• Full Time: Thursday through Friday, 12:30pm to 8pm and Saturday through Monday, 10am to 6pm
• Full Time: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, 10am to 6pm and Saturday - Sunday, 6am to 2pm
• Full Time: Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday, 10am to 6pm and Friday, 2pm to 6pm

Employment Information

• Site Location: Franklin, Tennessee
• Employment is contingent on the successful completion of a background check and drug screening to be conducted after an offer of employment is extended.
