Malibu TN - Intern

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years towards a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical Engineering, or related
• Strong skills with hand tools and mechanical devices
• Proficient in driving, docking, and trailering boats
• Computer design experience in CAD modeling (AutoCAD/Solid works) preferred
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions

Physical Demands

• Lift/carry up to 50lbs Frequently
• Climb in/out of boats on trailers and at boat ramps
• Squat; climb ladders and stairs
• Kneel on ground; reach above shoulder
• Bend at waist
• Work Environment
• Typical 8 to 10-hour workdays
• Typical 5-day work week schedule based upon schedule loading
• Overtime is occasional
• Required to work indoors and outdoors, year round, and in all weather conditions
• May work alone for extended periods
• Safety glasses required while in production areas
