Male Locker Room Associates, Bethesda

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure that the Male locker rooms are clean, stocked and well maintained while providing all members, prospective members, and guests with excellent customer service
• Clean and organize storage, laundry, exercise, and coat rooms
• Maintain an adequate supply of towels in the male locker room
• Absorb and respond to member feedback
• Assist with special events
• Notify the Maintenance Manager when any rooms need immediate attention

Qualifications

• Must possess a clear understanding of what constitutes a clean and sanitary environment
• Must have ability to service athletic equipment along with previous experience working with cleaning products and hand tools
• Must have strong customer service, organizational, communication, and multi-tasking abilities
