About the role
To serve seniors and their families by providing a wide range of services including basic companion care and more integral personal care.
Responsibilities
- Basic companion care (light housekeeping, sitter care, transportation, meal preparation)
- More integral personal care (incontinence care, transferring, dressing and bathing)
- Work various shifts (1-24 hours, live-in, weekends, nights, mornings)
Requirements
- CNA in the state of Maryland
- At least one year of experience working with seniors in a home setting
- Valid driver's license and own transportation; proof of current auto insurance
- English proficiency and excellent communication skills
- Two references required
- Proof of a TB test taken within the last year showing clear results
- Able to pass background check
- BLS/CPR training a plus
