Golden Years In-Home Senior Care, based in Sacramento, provides compassionate, personalized care to seniors in their homes.

Pay

$18 - $20 per hour, based on experience.

Schedule

Full-time and part-time opportunities available.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support.
• Assist with light housekeeping duties such as laundry, meal preparation, and maintaining a clean, safe environment.
• Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote emotional well‑being.
• Monitor and document client progress, note changes in condition, and report to supervisors.
• Assist with transfers, positioning, and mobility aids as needed.
• Offer companionship and ensure a positive, safe, caring environment for each client.

Qualifications

• Current Home Care Aide (HCA) registration with the California Department of Social Services.
• Valid TB test within the last 24 months.
• Pass a background check.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous caregiving experience preferred.
• Effective, compassionate communication with clients, families, and team members.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliability, dependability, and punctuality.
• Ability to lift and assist with transfers, if required.
