Make Ready Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect rental units to identify necessary repairs and maintenance tasks
• Perform repairs and maintenance tasks such as painting, drywall repair, plumbing, electrical work, and appliance installation
• Clean and prepare rental units for new tenants
• Ensure that all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
• Communicate with property managers and maintenance team to coordinate work schedules

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Make Ready Technician or similar role
• Strong knowledge of maintenance and repair techniques
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
