- Prepare facilities and equipment for maintenance and repair work.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed during preparation.
- Communicate with maintenance team to coordinate work schedules.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in facility maintenance or related field preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.
- Knowledge of electrical systems and plumbing.
- Strong organizational skills.
