About the role
Responsible for preparing facilities for new construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Assess and prepare existing structures for renovation or new construction.
- Coordinate with architects and engineers to ensure compliance with building codes and standards.
- Manage inventory of tools and equipment needed for project preparation.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed during all phases of preparation work.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction project management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Skills
- Construction safety practices.
- Blueprint reading and interpretation.
- Project management software proficiency.
