Responsibilities

The essential responsibilities of this role include:

• Inspect vacated apartments and complete make ready checklists.
• Complete make reads to the standards set by Hilltop Residential.
• Complete assigned work orders and ensure compliance to Hilltop Residential standards.
• Aid in building and common area maintenance.
• Inspect vacant apartments for damage to walls, doors, blinds, lights, and plumbing fixtures.
• Aid in preventative maintenance programs and maintain property equipment.
• Must be able to paint.
• Aid in keeping grounds neat and free of litter.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• 1+ years of hands-on general maintenance experience
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
• Rotating on-call responsibility for after-hours emergencies
• Valid driver's license and/or access to reliable transportation
• EPA license is a plus

Qualifications

Candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• Ability to paint
• Valid driver's license and/or access to reliable transportation
• EPA license is a plus
