Make Ready Technician

About the role

The Lookout O4W at Hilltop Residential is a vibrant, fast-growing company dedicated to providing exceptional living experiences and opportunities for growth. As a Make Ready Technician, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our properties are ready for new residents.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vacated apartments and complete make ready checklists.
• Complete make readies to Hilltop Residential standards.
• Complete assigned work orders and ensure compliance to Hilltop Residential standards.
• Auxiliary in building and common area maintenance.
• Inspect vacant apartments for damage to walls, doors, blinds, lights, and plumbing fixtures.
• Auxiliary in preventative maintenance program and maintain property equipment.
• Must be able to paint.
• Auxiliary in keeping grounds neat and free of litter.

Requirements

• 1+ years of hands-on general maintenance experience.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Rotating on-call responsibility for after-hours emergencies.
• Valid driver's license and/or access to reliable transportation.
• EPA license is a plus if you meet all other requirements.
• This role recommends an EPA Universal or HVAC certification.
