Responsibilities

- Inspect vacated apartments and complete make-ready checklists. - Complete make-readies meeting Hilltop Residential standards. - Complete assigned work orders and ensure compliance. - Assist with building and common area maintenance. - Inspect vacant apartments for damage and assist with preventative maintenance. - Must be able to paint. - Keep grounds neat and free of litter. - 1+ years of hands-on general maintenance experience. - Flexible schedule availability, including weekends. - Rotating on-call responsibility for after-hours emergencies. - Valid driver’s license and/or reliable transportation. - EPA license is a plus (recommended for this role).
