Make Ready Technician

About the role

GoldOller Real Estate Investments is a growing company that acquires, develops, and operates multifamily communities. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Turn Technician to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Get apartment homes ready for new move-in.
• Assist the Service team with work orders.
• Ensure all equipment is in working condition.
• Understand the layout of the property and be aware of equipment locations.
• Communicate with the Service or Make Ready Supervisor about unsafe or hazardous environments on the property.
• Servicing requests that result in working both in and outdoors.
• Be available for On-Call Emergencies.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience as a Make-Ready Technician.
• 1-2 years of Apartment turn over experience.
• Knowledge of equipment functions, appliances, and ladders.
• Thorough knowledge of painting, dry wall, and plumbing. Some electrical.
• Exceptional safety skills.
• Possession of personal tools, required.
• Possession of personal vehicle, preferred.
• Able to work weekends, as needed.
• Able to travel, preferred.
• Able to stand, walk, and sit for long periods of time.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 80 pounds.
• Frequent standing, walking, squatting, reaching, stooping, climbing stairs/ladders, balancing, and carrying.

Pay

Monthly bonuses are offered.

Schedule

Mondays through Fridays, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
