We’re seeking a Make Ready Project Manager to lead the coordination and execution of apartment turns—ensuring vacant apartment homes are ready on time, on budget, and to our quality standards. This is a high-impact role supporting a large community and partnering closely with leadership to keep operations running efficiently.

What You’ll Do
- Oversight of the full make-ready process for vacant apartment homes across assigned properties
- Conduct pre-move-out and post-completion inspections to ensure quality and readiness
- Create and manage production schedules to meet aggressive turn timelines
- Cookordination of vendors, contractors, and on-site teams to execute make-ready work
- Identify and outline additional work needed to bring units to standard
- Track and update unit availability to support leasing efforts
- Partner with on-site and regional leadership to communicate status, priorities, and challenges
- Maintain accurate records, reporting, and compliance with company policies

- Effective communicator, especially in a role requiring coordination across teams and locations

What We’re Looking For
- Experience working with vendors, service teams, or project coordination
- Experience in property management or multifamily operations preferred
- Familiarity with make-ready/turn processes, sequencing, and quality standards preferred
