Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Engineering, or related degree
- Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Experience in R&D, finance controlling, or transformation support roles
- Proven analytical capability to structure, analyze, and validate detailed cost and resource data
- Experience supporting complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
- Strong skills in data analysis, modeling, and reporting
- Experience in workforce analysis or cost optimization projects
- Exposure to VCP or similar governance-driven programs
